Photos by Jim Boyle Cowboy Jacks has changed the look of the Waterfront East building with its Wild West treatment of the brick building. Patrons will be greeted by an antique carriage, skulls and a rusty tin roof adorning north side of the restaurant. Top and to the left: Inside, reward posters, antique motorcycles and guns help add to the atmosphere. There’s even a chandelier made with a carriage wheel and lanterns.
