Cowboy Jacks has changed the look of the Waterfront East building with its Wild West treatment of the brick building. Patrons will be greeted by an antique carriage, skulls and a rusty tin roof adorning north side of the restaurant.
Top and to the left: Inside, reward posters, antique motorcycles and guns help add to the atmosphere. There’s even a chandelier made with a carriage wheel and lanterns.
