As of Thursday afternoon two people had filed for Otsego City Council. They were incumbent Doug Schroeder and Mitchell Faust. Schroeder’s term and Dan Scharber’s term are up at the of the year as is Otsego Mayor Jessica Stockamp’s term. The filing period, which opened July 31, will close at 5 p.m. on Aug. 14.
