Elk River Parks and Recreation hosted its 12th annual Fright Night on Oct. 22, a not-so-frightening affair. Hundreds of children and adults turned out for this year’s event, which included a haunted house for those so inclined and plenty of games to keep children of all ages entertained. Pumpkins, soon to be jack-o-lanterns, were on display when the above shot was snapped.
