Stewart Wilson has been re-elected chair of the Elk River Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) for 2012. Wilson, senior vice president at The Bank of Elk River, was elected by his fellow HRA members at the Feb. 6 meeting. Other officers were also re-elected. They are Vice Chair Larry Toth and Secretary Jean Lieser.
