The Church of St. Andrew is hosting its annual CAER Spaghetti Dinner Sunday, Oct. 16 from 4 to 7 p.m. in the church’s parish center and gym, located at 566 Fourth St., Elk River. In addition to the spaghetti dinner, there will be a silent auction, entertainment and a bake sale.
