The March food drive for  CAER is underway. March is Minnesota FoodShare Month and efforts have begun to raise money and food for CAER, the Elk River-based food shelf. CAER volunteer John Norgren has been named the city of Elk River’s Volunteer of the Month for January. Norgren volunteers at the CAER food shelf in Elk River about four days a week.
