Republican Tom Emmer has been declared the winner of Minnesota’s Sixth District race for the U.S. House of Representatives. He has 56 percent of the vote with 107 of 279 precincts reporting. Democratic-Farmer-Labor candidate Joe Perske has 38 percent of the vote. Independence Party candidate John Denney has 5 percent of the vote so far. […]
