Tai Ji Quan: Moving for better Balance

Tuesdays and Wednesdays, Sept. 12 through Nov. 29, 1-2 p.m. Elk River Activity Center, 413 Proctor Ave., Elk River. Reduce your risk of falls by improving balance, muscle strength and mobility through coordinated movements in a slow, circular, flowing motion. Relax and have fun with Tai Ji Quan. Class will be held for 12 weeks, twice a week, for an hour each session. This is not a drop in class. Class size is limited. You must register and pay in advance.
