The Rogers Royals 8th and 9th grade baseball team recently won the Rogers/Elk River playoffs with a 3-0 record to advance to the MYAS REC state tournament where they had a 2-1 record. Rogers 8th-9th team wins playoffs, goes 2-1 at state

The Firestorm Frenzy 7th grade girls basketball team from Rogers, Otsego and Elk River placed third in the Division 2 spring state tournament May 14-15 at Benilde St. Margaret's High School in St. Louis Park. The Firestom defeated the West Metro Mavs of Wayzata, Chaska Hawks, lost in OT by 2 to the Force from WI, defeated the Lady Cougars of Minneapolis, and finally beat the Rogers Royals in the 3rd place game. Firestorm 7th-graders third in spring state tourney

TRSA U-15 Boys C-1 team was champion of the Blaine Breakout Tournament. They are coached by Toby Kilby and Brad Adkins. They also were runner-up in the Cedar Rapids IA "Chill Out Tournament.

The Elk River sixth grade girls Division C traveling team placed second in the Minnesota Sports Federation state playoffs in Rockford on Feb. 26-27, losing to Apple Valley 23-22 in the finals.
