The Spectrum Sting volleyball team defeated the St. Croix Prep Academy  21-25. 25-21, 25-18, 25-21, on Tuesday at home.   The Spectrum Sting football team lost its opener to Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted 39-8 at home on Friday afternoon. The Lakers, who were runners-up in their section last year, rambled to a 33-0 lead in the first half. Statistics are not available at this posting. The Sting will host St. Agnes next Friday.
