Store offers good deals with an emphasis on customer service
As customers walk in the door of Smokes 4 Less No. 7, located at 19112 Freeport Street in Elk River’s Elk Park Center, they can’t help but notice how dramatically the store has changed over the last seven months.
Changes include the addition of two new cedar cigar humidors that hold more than 150 boxes of cigars, new custom display cabinets and cherry hardwood floors.
In addition to their usual line of quality tobacco products, Smokes 4 Less has added many new gift items, such as cigar cases and humidors, flasks, unique ashtrays, incense and incense burners, a large selection of hookahs, and a brand-new selection of Zippo lighters.
The store has been under new ownership and management since July 2011. The new owner, Omar Wazwaz, owns seven other tobacco shops across the state, and is well known among major wholesalers. The new owner of the tobacco store hired his cousin Mike Wazwaz as manager, and his cousin Bobby Wazwaz as assistant manager of the store.
There is also a brand new roll-your-own tobacco wall, “which is the largest and most organized in the area,” boasted Mike. “We created the R-Y-O wall to help our customers save money.” Not only is there a large selection of roll-your-own tobacco, but all of the accessories that go along with the tobacco, including a large variety of tubes and both automatic and manual machines all priced below the competition.
What hasn’t changed at the store is the emphasis on customer service. “We guarantee to put a smile on your face,” said Bobby. “We go out of our way to take care of our customers and are happy to do so.”
“We truly do care about our customers’ wallets and offer them ways to save money,” said Mike. “We’re both city boys that have become very comfortable with our customers and the community.”
For those customers who are trying to quit or cut back, there is a huge selection of E-cigarettes to choose from. The store is proud to offer customers “blu,” the number one rated E-cigarette in the country, and manufactured in the U.S.A.
The store holds monthly drawings for gift certificates to local area businesses, including Cub Foods, Rockwoods and more, so stop in and register for your chance to win.
The store is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
