General description of the subject property is north of U.S. Highway 10 and 185th Avenue NW, south of Pascal Driver, and west of Queen Street (18566 Queen Street NW). Legal description of the property is Lot 5, Block 3, RIVERPLACE, Sherburne County, Minnesota.
