NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Elk River Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, March 28, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, to consider a request by Truck Shop/Beaudry Oil & Propane for the following:
1) Zone Change From C4 Community Commercial to I2 Medium Industrial, Case No. ZC 17-03
2) Conditional Use Permit for bus, truck and implement storage, maintenance and repair, Case No. CU 17-08
3) Preliminary and Final Plat Approval for New Resources Addition, Case No. P 17-03
The Elk River City Council will also conduct a public hearing concerning this matter Monday, April 17, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway.
General description of the subject property is: west of Proctor Avenue, east of Quinn Avenue, north of U.S. Highway 10 and south of the Burlington Northern Railroad tracks (current addresses are 620 and 634 Quinn Avenue, 623 and 633 Proctor Avenue NW). Legal descriptions of the subject properties are: 620 Quinn Lot 1, AUDITORS SUBDIVISION LOT 6 OF AUDITORS SUBDIVISION NO. 3; 634 Quinn Lot 2, AUDITORS SUBDIVISION LOT 6 OF AUDITORS SUBDIVISION NO. 3; 623 Proctor Lots 4 & 5, Block 7, W.H. HOULTONS ADDITION; 633 Proctor Lot 6, Block 7, W.H. HOULTONS ADDITION, Sherburne County, MN.
