The Elk River Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, March 28, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, to consider a request by Briggs Companies for a Zone Change to PUD and a Conditional Use Permit to establish the PUD for a 40-unit apartment building, Case Nos. ZC 17-04 & CU 17-08.
The Elk River City Council will also conduct a public hearing concerning this matter Monday, April 17, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway.
General description of the subject property is: west of Jackson Avenue, lying north and south of 6th Street. Legal description of the subject properties: Parcel 1 (1.76 acres, Parcel No. 75-134-2303): Parcel D-S, that part of the following described Parcel D lying south of westerly extension of centerline of 6th Street as dedicated in the plat of Burrells Addition; Parcel D: that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter described, Section 34; and, Parcel 2 (6.64 acres, Parcel No. 75-134-2305): Parcel D-N. That part of the following described Parcel D lying north of westerly extension of the centerline of 6th Street as dedicated in the plat of Burrells Addition; Parcel D: that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter described, Sherburne County, MN.
