Arrow Companies recently held a ceremonial groundbreaking for Waterfront Commons III, the new 32,244-square-foot, two-story office building in Otsego that will serve as the corporate headquarters and Central Minnesota Region office for Accurate Home Care.

“Arrow Companies is honored to be part of Accurate Home Care and the city of Otsego’s continued growth,” said Arrow Companies CEO Steve Fischer.

Accurate Home Care will continue its partnership with Arrow Companies after outgrowing its space in the current shared office building owned by Arrow and will be the only tenants in the new building across the street.

Representatives from Arrow Contracting, Accurate Home Care, the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce and the city of Otsego, including Mayor Jessica Stockamp, took part in the groundbreaking ceremony at the 9000 Quantrelle Avenue building site.

“This is an exciting day for us,” Accurate Home Care Founder and CEO Amy Nelson said. “We started in a 10-foot-by-10-foot room, and now we’ve come to this. We are looking forward to continued growth and better serving our growing client base.”

Construction has begun, and is scheduled to be completed by fall of 2015.
