Customers give ERMU high rating

Elk River Municipal Utilities has received over a 95 percent customer satisfaction rating in a recent survey of its customers.

Some of the key areas evaluated on were:  respectfulness, communication, knowledge, innovation and timeliness.

One of the main reasons ERMU conducts the survey is to find out what aspects of the utility’s service customers like and what parts may need improvement.

Comments and concerns expressed during the survey will be addressed through personal phone calls, future newsletters, flyers and website blogs.
