The Elk River Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, to consider a request by Starbucks for a Conditional Use Permit to amend the Elk Park Center Planned Unit Development to revise the size and amount of signage, No. CU 14-15.
The Elk River City Council will also conduct a public hearing concerning this matter Monday, August 18, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway.
General description of the subject property is west of U.S. Highway 169, north of 190th Lane and east of Freeport Street (19179 Freeport St. NW). Legal description of the subject property is Lot 1, Block 3, ELK PARK CENTER, Sherburne County, MN.
