The Elk River Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, to consider a request by the City of Elk River for Plat approval to subdivide Outlot B, Natures Edge Business Center, Case No. P 14-05.
The Elk River City Council will also conduct a public hearing concerning this matter Monday, August 18, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway.
General description of the subject property south of 171st and Twin Lakes Road, west of the Morrell and Cargill properties, north of the Great River Energy Resource Recovery Facility on 165th Avenue, and east of U.S. Highway 10 and the Ebner and Moyer properties. Legal description of the subject property is Outlot B, NATURES EDGE BUSINESS CENTER, Sherburne County, MN.
Hearing impaired persons planning to attend who need an interpreter or other persons with disabilities who require auxiliary aids should contact Tina Allard, City Clerk, at 763.635.1000 by July 18, 2014.
