CITY OF ELK RIVER
The Elk River Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, July 22, 2014, at 6:30 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, to consider a request by Meadow Creek Builders/Tim Pomerleau for the following:
1) Zone Change to change the zoning of certain property from R3 Townhouse/Multi-family Residential to PUD Planned Unit Development, Case No. ZC 14-02;
2) Conditional Use Permit for Planned Unit Development, Case No. CU 14-17;
3) Preliminary and Final Plat approval to replat lots in Kliever Lake Fields East and Kliever Lake Fields 3rd Addition (Kliever Lake Fields 5th Addition), Case No. P 14-07
The Elk River City Council will also conduct a public hearing concerning this matter Monday, August 18, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway.
General description of the subject property is: located along 180th Lane and Grant Street, lying between Johnson Street and 180th Avenue. Legal description for the subject property is: Lot 23, Block 1, except that part described; Lot 7, Block 1, except part described, KLIEVER LAKE FIELDS EAST; Lot 21, Block 2, KLIEVER LAKE FIELDS EAST except part described; Lots 5 20, Block 2, KLIEVER LAKE FIELDS EAST; AND Lots 1 5, Block 3, KLIEVER LAKE FIELDS THIRD ADDITION, Sherburne County, Minnesota.
