Sealed bids for the construction of Improvement Project No. 14-05, 2014 Otsego Micro Surfacing Project, will be received by the City of Otsego, Minnesota at the office of the City Clerk until 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 22, 2014 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Micro Surfacing Scratch Course Type 2 Aggregate 251 TON

Pavement Message (Arrow) – Paint 16 EACH
4 Double Solid Line Yellow – Paint 10,325 LF
4 Solid Line Yellow – Paint 1,120 LF
4 Solid Line White – Paint 21,590 LF
12 Solid Line White – Paint 50 LF
24 Solid Line White – Paint 62 LF
24 Solid Line Yellow – Paint 50 LF
Crosswalk Marking (3×6 Blocks) – Paint 505 SF
Traffic Control 1 LS

Bids will only be accepted from Contractors that purchase paper or digital copies of the Bidding Documents by one of the methods specified above.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, cash deposit, or bid bond, made payable to the City of Otsego, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid.
The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interests of the City.
