NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Sherburne County Board of Adjustment will meet at 6:00 P.M. June 12, 2014 at the Sherburne County Government Center, 13880 Business Center Drive (13880 Highway 10), Elk River, Minnesota to consider the following applications. A hearing will not begin before the time set.
ROBERT SCHUMACHER: Requesting a 42 variance from the right of way of 41st Ave SE for an attached garage. Required setback from the right of way is 67 garage would be 25 from the road right of way. Address: 7057 41st Ave SE, Clear Lake, Mn Legal: Scenic View Lots 17 & 18 Sec 4, Twp 34, Rge 30 1.02 Acres Agricultural District and within the Recreational Development Lakeshore District of Long Lake.

ADAM DERING: Requesting a 100 variance in setback from Natural Environment Unnamed Lake #710017 for an inground pool. Required setback from a Natural Environment Lake is 150 inground pool will be 50 from the lake. DAVE & SANDRA CLAUER: Requesting a 53.7 variance from the OHWL of the Mississippi River and a 25 variance from the top of the bluff for an addition on existing house. Addition will not be any closer to the Mississippi River than the existing house but is considered an expansion of an existing non-conforming structure. Address: 15545 County Road 30, Elk River, Mn Legal: All that part of Govt Lot 2 lying Wly of a line drawn para to and 2056 dist from the E line of Govt Lot 1 . . .
