The Elk River Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, to consider a request by Benzinger Properties, Inc. for Preliminary Plat approval of 111 lots and Final Plat approval of 11 lots (Prestigious Woodland Hills Second Addition), Case No. P 14-04.
The Elk River City Council will also conduct a public hearing concerning this matter Monday, June 2, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway.
General description of the subject property is east of Boston Street, south of 196th Lane and west of Albany Street alignment . Legal description of the subject property is Lots 1-3, Block 1, Lots 1-11, Block 2, Lots 1-4, Block 3, Lots 1-10, Block 4, Outlots A, B and C, all in PRESTIGIOUS WOODLAND HILLS, Sherburne County, MN.
