The Elk River-Rogers-Zimmerman girls lacrosse team, elated to get outside after a week of indoor practices, lost to Osseo-Park Center 13-8 in Osseo.

This was supposed to be a home game but was moved to Osseo because they have artificial turf. The Elks fields were soggy from three days of rain.

Mikayla Knudson had three goals for ERZ (1-2).

The Elks had not played since the previous Wednesday and had were stuck indoors due to bad weather since then.

They are slated to host Spring Lake Park on Friday at the Salk Middle School field, 6 p.m.
