The City of St. Cloud is excited to announce new United flights between St. Cloud, Minnesota and Chicago, Illinois beginning May 6. The new United flights will be direct from St. Cloud to Chicago and will be provided by SkyWest Airlines utilizing the 50-passenger Canadair Regional Jet 200 (CRJ200).
Mayor Dave Kleis was joined by Al Kremers Chair of the GSDC Air Service Corp. Mayor Kleis said, “We’re extremely honored and excited to be partnering with an airline that is truly and literally going places. Our community is grateful for the opportunity this service provides for strong economic growth and regional vitality.”
This service provided by SkyWest Airlines will give St. Cloud access to one of the largest airline networks through United Airlines and will open a new gateway for St. Cloud travelers to Chicago and the 164 United destinations beyond Chicago. Convenient, twice-daily flight schedules will provide travelers with even more connection opportunities in Chicago Monday through Sunday.
