Swimming: Elks down Armstrong 99-81

The Elk River swimmers defeated Armstrong 99-81 at home Wednesday evening, squaring their dual meet record at 2-2-1. The win earned them a berth against Andover at home Thursday evening in g match of the third-place teams in their respective divisions of the NWSC. The Elks are in the midst of three dual meets in six days resulting from weather cancellations. “We are still battling illness,” noted coach Denise Green. “Maybe we will be healthy by sectionals.”
