The Elk River City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, to consider a request by CPE Exchange 26404, LLC for a Lot Split Subdivision to subdivide a 4.12 acre parcel into a 2.55 acre parcel (A) and a 1.57 acre parcel (B), Case No. LS 14-01.
General description of the subject property is west of Twin Lakes Road and north and east of Industrial Circle (17796 Industrial Circle NW). Legal description of the subject property is Lot 2, Block 2, ELK RIVER BUSINESS PARK, Range 26, Sherburne County, MN.
