CITY OF ELK RIVER
The Elk River Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, to consider a request by Cornerstone Auto Resource for the following:
1. Preliminary Plat approval for Jabez Second Addition, Case No. P 14-01
2. Conditional Use Permit for new/used vehicle sales and auto repair in the C3 Highway Commercial zoning district, Case No. CU 14-01
The Elk River City Council will also conduct a public hearing concerning this matter Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway.
General description of the subject property is the southeast corner of the intersection of U.S. Highway 10 and 171st Avenue. Legal description of the subject property is: the N 143.78 ft. of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, lying E of U.S. Highway 10, Section 11; the S 131.66 ft. of the N 499.7 ft. of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 lying E of U.S. Highway 10 in Section 11; the S 224.26 ft. of the N 369.04 ft. of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 11; the N 420 ft. of the W 210 ft. of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; and the North 420 ft. of the E 210 ft. of the W 420 ft. of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, all in Section 11, Twp. 32, Range 26, Sherburne County, Minnesota.
