Wrestling: Sting place 4th at Columbia Heights, have one champ

The Spectrum wrestlers had one champion and two runners-up as they placed fourth among 10 teams at the Columbia Heights Invitational on Saturday.

Sting sophomore Esteban Teigan was the 113-pound champion, capped by a 15-14 win over Nate Carlson of Annandale

Ryan Killen at 126 and Luke Nolden at 132 were runners-up. Stephan Salfrank took third at 120. Placing fourth were Gary Leshovsky at 106, Josiah Roberts at 145, and Noah Rogers at 152. Elliott Uecker was fifth at 220.

The top five teams were Annandale 219, Minneapolis Henry 133, Washington County 128, Spectrum 121 and Austin 117.

The Sting will wrestle at St. Agnes on Tuesday.
