A 71-year-old Elk River woman reported to police on Nov. 7 that the passenger side tires of her car were damaged, according to Elk River Police Capt. Bob Kluntz. Both tires appeared to have puncture marks on them, police said.
The victim said that she left Cub Foods in her vehicle at approximately 12:30 p.m. that day and parked her vehicle in the south lot of the apartment complex at 1105 Lions Park Drive. About 3 p.m. it was noticed that the tires were flat.
