The Elk River Dance Team placed fourth among five teams in a Northwest Suburban Conference high-kick meet on Monday evening at Andover.
“After our first two NWSC meets, it’s clear that this conference is competitive and strong in both Jazz and High Kick,” said coach Melissa Bast, “which should make for an exciting season.”
In Elk River’s half, the standings were Champlin Park, Blaine, Andover, Elk River, and Osseo. The six teams on the other side were led by Maple Grove.
ERDT was second in a jazz meet in the conference opener.
Next meet for ERDT is the Rogers Invitational on Saturday.
