CITY OF ELK RIVER
The Elk River Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River, MN 55330, to consider a request by BWB Holdings, LLC and ERX Properties, LLC for preliminary plat approval to subdivide a 5.3 acre parcel into two reduced-sized lots in the CRT (Mining Overlay) zoning district, Case No. P 13-04
The Elk River City Council will also conduct a public hearing concerning the Preliminary and Final Plat on December 16, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River, MN.
General description of the subject property is 5.30 acres, lying east of U.S. Highway 169, north of 215th Avenue alignment. Legal description of the subject property is: all that part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10 as described; the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10; the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter lying east of Hwy. 169, except the North 1099.4 ft. thereof; and the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter lying east of Hwy. 169; all in Section 10, Township 33, Range 26, Sherburne County, Minnesota.
