The Elk River Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River, MN 55330, to consider a request by Marilyn VanPatten for the following:
1. Preliminary Plat to subdivide 10 acres into a 3-acre lot and 7-acre outlot (Heritage Maples Senior Living), Case No. P 13-03.
2. Conditional Use Permit for senior residential development, Case No. CU 13-11
The Elk River City Council will also conduct a public hearing concerning this matter on December 16, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River, MN.
General description is a triangular-shaped property consisting of two parcels totaling 10 acres, located south of U.S. Highway 10, north of Westwood Oaks 4th Addition, lying between the Waco Street and Zebulon Street alignments. Legal description of the subject property is that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 31, Township 33, Range 26, Sherburne County Minnesota.
