PUBLIC HEARING
The Sherburne County Board of Adjustment will meet at 6:00 P.M. November 14, 2013 at the Sherburne County Government Center, 13880 Business Center Drive (13880 Highway 10), Elk River, Minnesota to consider the following applications. A hearing will not begin before the time set.
DUANE KOEPP: Requesting a 25 variance in setback from the centerline of 60th Ave SE for a detached garage. Required setback from the centerline is 100 garage would be 75 from the centerline. Address: 975 60th Ave SE, St Cloud, Mn Legal: That pt of SW 1/4 of NE 1/4 which lies E of the W 66 thereof and which lies N of the S 1100 thereof . . . (full legal on file) Sec 2, Twp 35, Rge 30 Haven Township 6.72 Acres Agricultural District and within the Agricultural River District of the Elk River.
JASON HEINEN: Requesting a 20 variance in setback from the right of way of 203rd St to construct a new home. Required setback from the right of way is 67 new home will be 47 from the right of way. Legal: Wild Run Second Addition Lot 1, Block 4 Sec 11, Twp 33, Rge 28 Big Lake Township 2.07 Acres General Rural District and within the Natural Environment Lakeshore District of Hidden and Strand Lakes.
MICHAEL J. FLANERY: Requesting a 6 variance in setback from the side property line for an addition on existing house. Required setback from the side property line is 10 addition will not be any closer to the side property line than the existing house but is considered an expansion of an existing non-conforming structure. Address: 4268 115th Ave SE, Clear Lake, Mn Legal: Lake Julia Beach Lots 11 & 12 Palmer Township .52 Acre Agricultural District and within the Recreational Development Lakeshore District of Lake Julia.
