The Elk River Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, to consider a request by Arrow Contracting, Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit to amend the Elk Park Center Planned Unit Development to allow a drive-thru lane (Starbucks Coffeehouse), No. CU 13-13.
The Elk River City Council will also conduct a public hearing concerning this matter Monday, November 18, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway.
General description of the subject property is west of U.S. Highway 169, north of 190th Lane and east of Freeport Street (19179 Freeport St. NW). Legal description of the subject property is Lot 1, Block 3, ELK PARK CENTER, Sherburne County, MN.
Hearing impaired persons planning to attend who need an interpreter or other persons with disabilities who require auxiliary aids should contact Tina Allard, City Clerk, at 635-1000 by November 8, 2013.
