NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
The Elk River City Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, October 21, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway to consider a request by Elk River Landfill for renewal of their Solid Waste Facility License, Case No. LIC 13-01.
General description of the subject property is west of Highway 169 at the 225th Avenue alignment (22460 Highway 169).
Legal description of the subject property is:
North Half of Northwest Quarter west of U.S. Highway 169, except East 650 ft, Section 3, Township 33, Range 26;
East 650 ft. of North Half of Northwest Quarter lying west of U.S. Highway 169, Section 3, Township 33, Range 26;
South Half of Northwest Quarter of U.S. Highway 169 and that part of North Half of Southwest Quarater of Section 3;
North 525 ft. of Northeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter lying east of Great Northern Railway and that part of East Half of Northeast Quarter lying east of Great Northern Railway and that part of Northeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter Section 4 lying north of described line, Section 4, Township 33, Range 26;
North Half of Northeast Quarter and that portion of Burlington Northern Railway 150 ft. wide branch line right-of-way, Section 4, Township 33, Range 26;
Southeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter west of railroad, Section 4, Township 33, Range 26; all in Sherburne County, Minnesota. The described property includes the following Parcel Identification Numbers: 75-103-2100, 75-103-2105, 75-104-1102. 75-104-1400, 75-104-1105 and 75-103-2400.
