The West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 27, Township 34, range 27, Sherburne County, Minnesota, lying south of town road and except the west 66 feet. Subject to 120.00 foot wide perpetual roadway easement over, under and through that part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 27, Township 34, Range 27, Sherburne County, Minnesota, lying east of the West 66.00 feet thereof. The centerline of said 120.00 foot easement, as shown on Sherburne County Engineers Plan No. S.A.P. 71-610-01, dated 4-10-92, is described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Section 27 (a.k.a. Northeast Corner of Section 33), per Doc. No. 103735, said point being the P.I. of 4deg. Dc curve, concave to the north, at Station 103+32.39 per said plan; thence N72deg.3655E, assumed bearing per said plan, along the semi-tangent and tangent of said curve, a distance of 699.45 feet, more or less to the east line of said West Half, also being the point of beginning of said centerline; thence return on said tangent S72deg.3655W a distance of 470.57 feet to the Point of Tangency at Station 105+56.74 of said 4deg. Dc curve; thence westerly along said curve a distance 156.81 feet to the east line of the West 66.00 feet of said West Half. The sidelines of said easement to be prolonged or shortened to terminate on said east and south lines of the said West Half and on the east line of said West 66.00 feet of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter.

Proposals must be delivered to Sherburne County Administrators Office 13880 Business Center Dr. Elk River, MN 553398 no later than October 22, 2013 at 9:00 a.m.
Proposals must be accompanied by cashiers check or money order, payable to the Sherburne County Treasurer as a proposal guarantee for $1000.00. This bid security for unsuccessful bids will be returned to each respective bidder.
Notice is hereby given that sealed Bid Proposal Packages will be received by the Sherburne County Board of Commissioners at the office of the Sherburne County Administrator until 9:00 am on the 22th day of October 2013 and that bid proposal packages will be opened publicly by the County Engineer after the hour set for receiving bids.
No bidder may withdraw their bid (which shall include a cashiers or certified check) within 15 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
The County Board will consider award of the contract at the bid-opening contingent upon County Engineer & County Attorney review. The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
