Two Elk River drivers are among season-points champions for Beatercross at Elk River Extreme Motor Park.
Andrew Carlson in the UTV Open class and Joseph Krider in the Trucks #1 class were announced as season leaders by ERX.
Other champs were Brandon Derks of Ramsey in Compacts #1, Wayne Nelson of Princeton in Trucks #2, Cory Rosen of Princeton in Trucks #2, Brian Friede of St. Michael in Mini Vans, and Jake Wessling of Maple Grove in UTV Stock.
Standings were compiled after the last of five racing events this year, all on Thursday nights, took place Aug. 15.
Demo Derby added
ERX has one more automobile sports event planned. The track’s first Demolition Derby is scheduled for Thursday evening, Aug. 29.
