Natural Elements show is under way at Arts Alliance Gallery

Natural Elements is the theme of Elk River Area Arts Alliance’s current show, featuring 15 artists.

This display includes Natural Vase, stoneware by Chad Briggs; Nasturtium, Tiffany Reproduction/Stained Glass by Jim Powell; and At the Temple Door, Wall Relief/Found Objects, by James Quentin Young.

Works in clay, glass, metal, stone or wood, or combinations, are on display June 26 through July 27. Many items are for sale. You can meet the artists at the opening reception on Thursday, July 11, from 5 to 8 p.m.

Participating artists are Mary Olson, Ben G. Johnson, Jim Powell, Don Heise, Robert Meyer, Marcia McEachron, James Quentin Young, Barbara Boulka, Chad Briggs, Gene Olson, Robinson Scott, Stephen Hodder, Richard Erickson, Ruth Ann Gagner, and Mae Spencer.

The Arts Alliance Gallery at 609 Main Street is open Wednesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
