Dealing with stress, anxiety and depression will be the topic of a May 14 presentation by Cindy Lovelette and District 728 Community Education.
The free class will be 7:30-9 p.m. at the Handke Family Center.
“Anxiety is very frightening and can be debilitating,” Lovelette said. “But it doesn’t have to be.”
Lovelette, who has launched a major effort to reach out to people suffering the ill effects from stress, anxiety and depression, will share her journey and show that people can conquer anxiety and “live the life you were made to live,” Lovelette said.
