Capt. Dustin Snare, Army National Guard, (center right), presented the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Patriot Award to his employment supervisor, Michael Schneider  (center left) last month.

The award was given on March 5 at the Graco facility in Rogers in recognition of Schneider’s support of his employee’s service to the Minnesota National Guard. Snare was very appreciative of Schneider’s support and assistance with his Guard deployments and wanted to honor him.

Schneider undertook all of Snare’s civilian duties at Graco so that Snare could focus on his Army mission.  Schneider even visited the guardsman at Camp Ripley to see Snare’s armored tank company.

Attending the presentation from Graco are (pictured left to right) Bob Adamski, Patrick Clint, Michael Schneider, Capt. Dustin Snare, Barb Earney and Karl Hurston.
