The Rogers Royals rallied from 15 points down in the second half and defeated Cambridge-Isanti 62-60 at home Friday evening.
Gunnar Bloom made one of two free shot for a 62-60 lead, then blocked a shot by Kyle McDonald on the other end just before the horn to wrap up the conference victory.
Sam Spilles, hobbled lately by a sprained ankle, was back in form with 18 points. Bloom was next with 13.
Those two led the rally as Spilles, senior forward, scored 14 points and Bloom, sophomore guard, had 10, in the second half.
Matt Swanson scored 19, McDonald 15 and Nate Cox 14 for Cambridge-Isanti (2-5 conference, 6-16 overall).
The Royals (3-4 conference, 9-14 oral) will host Big Lake on Thursday.
