Ryan Gelle erupted for 26 points as the Rogers Royals rolled to an 82-67 win over a good St. Francis team on Tuesday evening at home.
Gelle, senior forward averaging 10.2 points, hit six 3-point shots and snagged seven defensive rebounds to spark the team on both ends.
Cole Murray added 18 points, Gunnar Bloom 14 and Cullen Loughlin 12 for the Royals (7-12), who led 40-23 at the half. The Royals were 21-for-29 on free shots with Bloom 9-for-11.
Bryce Kulsrud netted 25 points and Blake Moreno 24 for the Saints (12-7).
Rogers will host Monticello on Thursday.
