Hockey: Royals seeded fourth, face Holy Angels
The Rogers Royals were seeded fourth among six teams in the Section 5A tournament starting Thursday at Parade Ice Gardens in Minneapolis.
Blake (17-6-3) is top-seeded, and has a bye in the first round. In the same bracket are Rogers (9-12-4) vs. Holy Angels (7-16), who’ll play at 5:30 p.m.
Orono (17-5-2) is the No. 2 seed, and has a bye. In the same bracket are No. 3 Breck (13-11-1) vs. No. 6 St. Louis Park (4-18-2), who’ll play at 730 p.m.
The semifinals will be held Tuesday at 5:30 and 7:30 p.m.
