Vernon E. Bohlman, age 90 of Elk River on Jan 21, 2013.

Preceded in death by 3 sisters and 2 brothers.

Survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Frieda; daughters Carol (Peter) O’Brien and Ellen (Raymond) Wolf; grandson Edward O’Brien. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. Long-time employee with Waldorf Paper Co. in St. Paul. Served in the Pacific with the Army Air Force during WWII He was a member of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA).

Funeral Service 11 AM Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church 1506 Main St. NW.

Visitation 4-7 PM Friday at Dare’s Funeral Home 805 Main St. NW Elk River 763-441-1212 and 1 hour prior to service at church on Saturday.

Entombment at Sunset Memorial Park, Mpls

Memorials preferred to Emmanuel Lutheran Church or Donor’s choice.
