Gymnastics: Jondahl 2nd all-around at Faribault meet, ERZ 7th among 17

Kaylee Jondahl placed second all-around as the ERZ gymnasts placed seventh among 17 teams at the Faribault Invitational on Saturday.

Jondahl won vault (9.6), bars (9.6) and floor (9.75) in a performance marred only by a fail off beam on her leap series. She scored 37.8 points.

Coach Jackie Deiley said other highlights were Jess Sadlowsky scoring 8.885 on floor and 8.7 on beam, and Corryn Stelflug scoring 8.5 on beam in her first meet after missing action with a sprained ankle.

Northfield was team champion with 147.425.

The Elks will host Blaine on Tuesday.
