She believes there are many symptoms people have that could be solved if they would just work out on a regular basis.

An instructor and personal trainer from inFIT and
Anytime Fitness of Albertville,  Zaczkowski kicks off a new round of fitness classes this month in Elk River. (See list below).

“This is more than just a hobby for myself and for other people, because I know what it does to life quality,” she said.

The classes are guilt-free entertainment with a positive outcome, she added.

Zaczkowski is a native of Paderborn, Germany. Although she’s always been active, she said she is in the best shape ever now.

She became more aware of the importance of fitness and nutrition while working in the office at Anytime Fitness and inFIT in Albertville. That led to her becoming an instructor and personal trainer.

In Germany, Zaczkowski had earned a teaching degree, studying German and theology. She has the equivalent of a master’s degree in education from her studies in Germany.

She has a blog about nutrition, fitness and thoughts from the Bible at www.christina-spiritualspa.blogspot.com.

Zaczkowski came to Elk River three years ago after marrying James Zackzowski. James is the son of former Elk River Mayor Stephanie Klinzing and her husband, Jim Zaczkowski.

She will teach several fitness classes at Twin Lakes Elementary School, 10051 191st. Ave. in Elk River through District 728 Community  Education.
