Eden, senior guard, nailed five 3-point shots.
“Shelby has been shooting real well,” said coach Lenny Sedlock. “And tonight, defensively, she guarded a player with an even higher scoring average than her, 16 points, and held her to six points.”
Rachel Stevenson added 11 points, Noelle Diekman 10, Brynn Bozich 8 and Becca Schultz 7.
The coach added that Becca Gleason did a fine job defensively on the Patriots’ center.
Next for the Sting will be FAIR Charter of Minneapolis on Monday at home.
