Basketball: St. Agnes fends off Spectrum girls 60-58

Shelby Eden scored 29 points as the Spectrum Sting almost pulled an upset at home Friday night but St. Agnes pulled it out 60-58.

The Sting took a 56-52 lead late in the game. The Aggies surged back ahead 60-56 with a full-court press producing turnovers.

Eden, senior guard averaging 14.5 points, made all 9 of her free shots.
Spectrum (3-5) will play Albert Lea there Thursday at 6 p.m. in the opener of a four-team tournament.
