Hockey: Totino-Grace late surge beats Rogers girls 3-0

Totino-GraceĀ  broke open a scoreless game with three goals in the final period and defeated the Rogers Royals 3-0 on Tuesday evening in Rogers.

Abby Huber broke up the shutout with a power play goal for the Eagles (1-1-1) and Allison Parnell knocked in two more goals.

Michelle Klimstra made 40 saves for Rogers and Totino-Grace outshot the Royals 43-14. Logan Knip was in goal for the shutout.

The Royals (0-2-1) will play in the New Prague Thanksgiving Tournament on Friday and Saturday.
